Where can I find your forms and applications?

How do I bind coverage?

In order to bind coverage, you will need to:

1) Submit the completed application, hurricane plan, and any other documents required by the underwriter to: processing@caseyinsurancebrokers.com.  

2) If the policy is written with one of the surplus lines markets, you will also need a completed Diligent Effort Form and Surplus Lines Disclosure and Bind Request Form.

3) Process payment for the coverage through the invoice sent by the underwriter, or go to the "Make a Payment" section of the website and submit the payment details for processing.

How do I request an endorsement to an existing policy?

To request an endorsement, you can process this in two ways:

1) On the Website:

  Under "Customer Service", select the line of coverage and select the type of endorsement you wish to make.  Complete the online form and it will be emailed to an underwriter to process. 

2) By Email:

  Complete an Acord 70 (Personal Policy Change Request (Except Auto)) and submit the completed form to: service@caseyinsurancebrokers.com

How can I send documents to you?

If you need to make a new submission, you can email your submission documents and requests to quotes@caseyinsurancebrokers.com.

To request to bind coverage, you can email your request to processing@caseyinsurancebrokers.com.

To request changes to a policy, you can email your completed request to service@caseyinsurancebrokers.com.

You can also email the specific underwriter that is currently addressing your client's account.

How do I obtain a copy of my client's policy?

When a policy is issued by the carrier, our underwriters will review the policy for accuracy and compare it to the application submitted for binding.  Once this is confirmed, the policy is uploaded to your agency's Secure File Area on the website, under "Resources".

How do I obtain my commission statements?

All agency specific documents, including commission statements, client policies, client endorsements, etc.  are located in your agency's Secure File Area on our website.

Secure File Area can be accessed under Resources.  You will need an account and password to log in.  Once your Broker Account is active (submitting the completed Broker Application, W9, and current E&O dec page), you will receive an email with your account access information to the main contact email you provided on the Broker Application.

I cannot access my Secure File Area.

In order to access your agency's Secure File Area, you must have an active broker account with Casey Insurance Brokers.  

To activate your broker account, your agency principal needs to provide a completed Broker Application, a copy of the current E&O dec page, and a completed W9.

Please note that your account will become inactive if the E&O that is on file for your agency has expired, if your agency owes Casey Insurance Brokers premiums for more than 90 days, and/or your agency is under review for claims loss history.
